Hi there, I'm Dr. Jada Philips, also known as Dr. J! I love food, time with family and friends, experiencing new things, and laughing. I am usually always smiling! I am a mother, wife, veteran, psychologist, and entrepreneur.

I know life has it challenges, pressures, and expectations. You may be engrossed in the societal pressures to fill all the "supposed to's of life," often forgetting why you even started. I come with curiosity, creativity, and compassion, creating an opportunity for you to move with greater freedom into your bright future. I seek explore core beliefs about yourself and others to co-create practical strategies tailored to you and your life journey. I am interactive, non-judgemental, and position you as the expert. As a trauma-informed therapist, I am also sensitive to the influence of past experiences on present challenges, and I work closely to reframe the narrative of your life in a way that increases self-confidence and compassion.
